Ilchi Lee Brain Wave Vibration: A Simple yet Potent Self-Healing Modality

The Ilchi Lee Brain Wave Vibration is among the techniques in the BEST or Brain Education System Training. BEST is among the masterpieces of Ilchi Lee and it is a form of self enhancement system, which features a variety of exercises, as well as workshops. The BEST system entails a 5-step process. According to Ilchi Lee, the strength of the Brain Wave Vibration depends on its accessibility.

One of the primary reasons why there several people support the Brain Wave Vibration technique so as the other BEST techniques is because it can be done by anyone. The postures are not tedious to follow. Based on the claims of those who have tried the Brain Wave Vibration technique, its simplest form entails the movement of the body in accordance to its natural rhythm.

It’s like the person is dancing to the beat of the drums, but the music originates from inside him. Suffice to say, the Brain Wave Vibration is a kind of meditation technique, since it allows the body of the practitioner to move, while gearing the attention to the physical sensations or a certain intention or goal.

As explained by Ilchi Lee and the followers of this technique, it’s much easier for individuals to quiet and calm their minds if they’ll follow the Brain Wave Vibration, unlike stationary meditation methodologies. The attention towards the body, as well as the rhythmic movement unleashes the emotional, mental and physical tension.

As explained by Ilchi Lee, if the mind is quiet, the person can better feel his natural energy streaming all over his body. Aside from Ilchi Lee, there are a lot of cultures from different parts of the world that recognize this particular life force, and it is called in a variety of names. Among the most familiar names given to this life force are Ki, Qi, and Chi.

Based on the conventional Asian medicine, the flow of Ki should not be impeded, so that it can reach the different meridian channels inside the human body. As emphasized by Asian teachings and by Ilchi Lee, if the natural flow of this life energy has been hampered, the person may experience illness, whether physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually.

This philosophy has been the basis of those experts in Acupuncture. As explained by Mr. Lee in his book, the Brain Wave Vibration: Getting Back into the Rhythm of a Happy Healthy Life, vibrations as a form of healing modality has an interesting history. Vibration allows the conscious mind of the person to become more aware of the different unconscious procedures, like regulation of the physiological responses of the body.

Because of the perks that it could render, yogis recommend the practice of the Ilchi Lee Brain Wave Vibration along with different yoga exercises. One example of evidence that proved the potency of this self-healing technique is the study that was conducted by the University of London. It was a 5-week scheme, and majority of the participants reported mental, physical, emotional benefits. There is also a study that showed that Brain Wave Vibration is good for those who are depressed and have sleep problems.

As a proof, Ilchi Lee even taught how people can enhance their chakras through one of his masterpieces, the Healing Chakra.
Based on the explanation of Ilchi Lee, a person can’t resolve all of his body and soul dilemmas just by using discipline or willpower alone. He emphasized that once a person utilizes the capacities of the Ki (Qi) energy, he could change the Chakra’s underlying system, which eventually leads to the primitive shift in the consciousness.

Mr. Lee also explained that by doing Qi exercises, people could experience the energy in every Chakra, as well as rejuvenation of the life’s main body-soul-energy mechanism. Ilchi Lee mentioned in the Healing Chakras book that optimum wellness is about featuring strong, open, as well as balanced Chakras, which are indeed jam packed with energy.

If the Chakras are not healthy, people’s thoughts, habits, emotions, organs, willpower, and the entire health will be negatively affected. Therefore, if a person doesn’t have sufficient willpower, or he has the tendency to become angry always, or it’s difficult for him to produce positive thoughts, then he should evaluate the condition of his Chakra.

Ilchi Lee proves that it is possible for people to feel the condition of their Chakras. It is also possible for people to exercise their Chakras and enhance them. People could learn the Chakra exercises by reading the Healing Chakras book of Ilchi Lee. As a matter of fact, just by practicing the different Dahn Yoga exercises, one could enhance his Chakras. Knowing the principles of the Brain Wave Vibration could also aid in improving the condition of the Chakras.

Below are some of the meditations that could aid in treating the Chakras and these are from the Healing Chakras book of Ilchi Lee:

  • Person should imagine that the golden rays of the sun is drenching down upon the head.
  • Imagine the petals of the lotus flower of the 7th Chakra are opening, enduring the delight of the sun.
  • Afterwards, the person will experience a tingling sensation at the top part of the Baek-hwe, which is the acupressure or energy point at the top part of the head. This phenomenon is associated with the drenching of the golden light.

2.    Focus at all your body parts a specific time.

Once you get the normal breathing, start focusing on every part of your body. Focus one part of the body at a time. The best way to do is an upward direction, meaning starting from your feet going up to the head.

•    Adjust and re-adjust your feet every time you need to do so. Remember that in this aspect a full balance between your mind and your body parts is important.

3.     Learn about rooting.

This is one of the most important terms in Tai Chi – rooting. It is to process your energy from your internal psyche going out. It is done like you think of your feet and body parts as the roots of your entire body energy. Try to think of a natural power coming out from your body.

4.    Framing is important.

There are two basic styles in this aspect, small-frame and large-frame styles.
